NIH Public Access Policy
The NIH Public Access Policy became mandatory on April 7, 2008. From this date onward, all NIH investigators (intramural and extramural) are required by law to submit, upon acceptance for publication, all final, peer-reviewed manuscripts to PubMed Central (PMC). All CCR investigators and their technical/administrative support staff are expected to fully comply with this new law.
